Dispatch + Shipping

Due to the handmade nature of our products your box will take between 7 - 10 days before dispatch. We are currently using Sendle to send out orders where possible and Australia Post when Sendle isn't available in an area.  Once your purchase is on its way to you, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order. If you need a party box earlier please contact us before placing your order so we can see what we can do! 

Shipping costs vary for our products due to weight and size. If purchasing multiple products, the shipping cost will be the higher of the products selected.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your product has not arrived or is damaged, please contact us to work out a solution.

All orders will be shipped to the address supplied through your check out so please check that this address is correct before completing your order. If shipping address provided is incorrect or parcel isn't collected from a designated post office, it will be customers responsibility to pay for additional postage.

Exchange and Returns

We are certain you will love your Chews and Party purchase but if you would like to return your items, we will happily accept your Chews Party Box in its original and untampered condition if notified within 5 days of when the shipment was received.

 

We thoroughly check all items before they’re sent out to you but if however, you believe your item is faulty or damaged, a complaint needs to be filed to us within 24 hours of when the shipment was received and shipped back at your earliest convenience.

 

The customer is responsible for returning the item and taking caring of shipping costs. If everything is returned in its original package (with all packaging inside unopened and untampered with) to us we will process your refund. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Refund value will be the purchase price minus shipping. If the items inside your Chews Party Box are not in their original packages, you will not be refunded.

 

All returns must be shipped back with a tracking number provided to Chews and Party otherwise we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.
