Dispatch + Shipping
Due to the handmade nature of our products, most of your pawty items will take approximately 5-7 days before dispatch. However, our Go Chew lead time is currently sitting at 10 days.
We are currently using Sendle to send out orders where possible and Australia Post when Sendle isn't available in an area. Once your purchase is on its way to you, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order. If you need a party box earlier please contact us before placing your order so we can see what we can do!
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $12 and free for orders over $100 AUD* (woohoo!) Note, free shipping only applies to online shopping orders and not events.
Details about Postage and Damaged or Lost Packages
If your product has not arrived please contact us to investigate and work out a solution. We take no responsibility for damage that occurs in transit. If your parcel is damaged, please make a claim with the courier company.
All orders will be shipped to the address supplied through the checkout process. So, please check that this address is correct before completing your order. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and you notice after placing your order, email us at email@example.com. It is your responsibility to collect your parcel if a card or notification of missed delivery is received. If your parcel isn't collected from a designated post office, it will be the customers responsibility to pay for additional postage.
Exchange and Returns
We are certain you will love your Chews and Party purchase but if you would like to return your items, we will happily accept your Chews and Party items in their original and untampered condition if notified within 5 days of when the shipment was received.
We thoroughly check all items before they’re sent out to you but if however, you believe your item is faulty or damaged, a message needs to be sent to us within 24 hours of when the shipment was received and shipped back at your earliest convenience.
The customer is responsible for returning the item and taking care of shipping costs. If everything is returned in its original package (with all packaging inside unopened and untampered with) to us we will process your refund. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if purchasing third-party items. Refund value will be the purchase price minus shipping. If the items are not in their original packages, you will not be refunded.
All returns must be shipped back with a tracking number provided to Chews and Party otherwise we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.
